The track will be the second taken from her latest studio album, the chart-topping 'Unapologetic'.
Rihanna has announced details of her new single 'Stay', which will be released next year.
The track, featuring Mikky Ekko, is the second to be taken from the star's recently released number one album 'Unapologetic' and will impact on 7th January 2013.
The song was given its first play on Capital FM today (30th November) and was instantly praised as "beautiful" by fans.
'Unapologetic' – Rihanna's seventh studio album – was released this month and became her first number one album in the US.
The star admitted to feeling emotional after finally achieving the feat with the album, which also features the single 'Diamonds' and a collaboration with Chris Brown on the song 'Nobodies Business'.
Meanwhile, Rihanna has sparked fresh speculation she is back with Chris Brown after posting a picture of her kissing the 'Turn Up The Music' star after his show in Germany this week.
The singer is set to embark on her 'Diamonds' world tour next year, which will see her play several dates across the UK.
