The world was rocked last night with the sad news that Perrie Edwards and Zayn Malik had called off their engagement and split up – and TBH, we’re still not over the fact our favourite couple are no more.

We were convinced #Zerrie was one couple that would last forever – from Jesy Nelson telling Capital in the early days that she had “never known a guy to love a girl as much as Zayn loves Perrie” to Pez telling us how she hated being asked about the date of their wedding as they’d do it when they were ready.
The former One Direction heartthrob reportedly ended his engagement with the Little Mix star over 2 weeks ago, and later Perrie confirmed the news during an interview on E! *gets the tissues out...again!*
They may have seemed loved up, but there was one massive clue staring us straight in the face that should have made us realise Zayn and Perrie had split up…
The couple were recently crowned the Sexiest Male and Female In Pop in Capital’s very own poll – the first time both titles have been won by a couple – but Perrie gave her award away to Beyonce instead!

When the news broke, Perrie tweeted to say that she would “do a Kanye” and said Queen Bey should have won it instead. The couple are said to have split two weeks ago – so she and Zayn were already not part of a couple. Sob.
