The 'Gotta Be You' singers will play themselves and perform one of their hit singles on the show.
One Direction are set to appear in an episode of the Nickeloden hit show iCarly.
According to MTV News, the boy band will play themselves in an upcoming episode as well as performing their hit single 'What Makes You Beautiful'.
Earlier today (27th January), the band themselves confimred that they would be flying out to tape their apperance on Monday (30th January).
"1D is taping an episode of @icarly this Monday! Watch for it on @NickelodeonTV this spring! 1DHQ x"
The American teen sitcom is based on the life of character Carly who is played by actress Miranda Cosgrove who has also starred in the 2003 film School Of Rock.
The appearance will coincide with the band's first ever American tour in support of Big Time Rush, which kicks off at the end of next month.
Meanwhile, fellow Brit boy band The Wanted are currently in the US on their ten date tour and recently appeared on the Ellen DeGeneres chat show performing their song 'Glad You Came'.
