The 'Live While We're Young' star had a conversation with classical act Amore backstage at the BRITs 2013.
One Direction singer Harry Styles could be set to turn his attentions to singing opera after meeting a classical singer at the BRIT Awards recently.
The 'What Makes You Beautiful' man struck up a conversation with Amore star David Webb at the O2 Arena – who told The Sun the 19 year-old was "interested" in opera.
"Harry told me the idea of opera was interesting to him," he revealed to the publication. "It was good for him to see the difference between us and the stereotype of opera."
The teen star also recently befriended one of the UK's top philosophers and was tweeting about Socrates to his millions of followers.
Meanwhile, the band are currently on tour across the UK for their 2013 'Take Me Home' world outing.
Bandmate Liam Payne has also been forced this week to respond to claims that his is set to quit One Direction.
The singer called such reports rubbish after it was claimed he would depart the group to spend moretime with girlfriend Danielle Peazer.
