One Direction 3D Movie Trailer Recreated With Sock Puppets – Video

The 'Live While We're Young' stars' teaser for their new film has been given an unlikely makeover.

One Direction's 3D movie trailer has been recreated scene for scene by sock puppets.

The 'What Makes You Beautiful' stars unveiled the official promo for their movie back in February and the boys can be seen in the homemade footage posted online by CineFix this week.

The group's accents and trademark hairstyles are copied on the puppets with fans and family members also making an appearance.

This week, director of the film Morgan Spurlock took part in a question and answer session with fans on Twitter.

The Super Size Me man told fans they could expect plenty of topless scenes of Harry,  Niall, Liam, Louis and Zayn and announced plans for a DVD of the movie.

Meanwhile, the band are currently on the road on their 'Take Me Home' world tour.

The five-piece will be filming during their gigs in London this week as well as across Europe in the coming months.
