The 'Fly' rapper hits out at the reports which surfaced back in September from the industry event.
Nicki Minaj has denied ever fighting with Rihanna at this year's MTV Video Music Awards.
It was reported that the rapper told the Bajan star to "sit the f*** down," when she attempted to hug her following an award win on the night.
However, during the premiere episode of the singer's new reality TV show, she could be seen addressing gossip blogger Perez Hilton over his reports of the story.
She said: "Can I just say this? I'm sick of you printing lies. I want to know if you guys believe what you put on there?
"So you believe that I told Rihanna to 'sit yo ass down'," added Nicki. "No, I never told Rihanna to sit her ass down."
The episode also saw the Trinidad-born star opening up on her American Idol feud with Mariah Carey.

Nicki stated that her fellow judge had "met her match" as she addressed the much publicised argument during auditions in North Carolina.
Meanwhile, the 'Super Bass' star is currently preparing to release the repackaged version of her second studio album 'Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded – The Re-Up'.
