Nicki Minaj Snubs Manchester City Star Mario Balotelli Following Tour Show

The 'Starships' rapper was apparently set to meet the football ace after her gig in the city this week.

Nicki Minaj apparently left Manchester City star Mario Balotelli "gutted" after snubbing the chance to meet the football star after her Manchester Arena tour show this week.

The 'Pound The Alarm' singer was to be greeted by the Italian striker and some of his Premier League team mates, but opted to head out for dinner instead.

"Mario was gutted. He's a big fan and turned up with gifts along with his other Man City team-mates," a source told The Sun. "But Nicki was too tired after the gig and feasted on a massive Nando's order instead — so he went home disappointed.

"He'd even bought a camera especially."
During her show in the city, the singer also suffered a wardrobe malfunction and laughed off the incident with fans asking them not to tell anyone.

Earlier this year Mario was pictured with Canadian rapper Drake after meeting up for a meal following the star's gig in Manchester.

Tinchy Stryder also recently revealed that the footballer was keen to race US star Jay-Z with their sports cars.

Nicki will continue her 'Pink Friday: Reloaded' arena tour this evening (24th October) in Liverpool before heading to Newcastle, Sheffield and Dublin.
