The 'Fly' rapper admits she will always be "street" and is annoyed by fake acts in the music industry.
Nicki Minaj has confessed that she will always be associated with hip-hop culture because it is in her heart.

She revealed: "I'm still me, hip-hop culture is still in my heart. That can never leave me. I know I'm always gonna be street, because I can't pretend to be street. It's a lot of people walking around here pretending to be that, but I ain't gonna call nobody out right now."
The 'Moment 4 Life' star even joked that she was unsure how to prove her dedication to the genre and joked that she might rob a bank.
"What can I say? I don't know what I gotta do anymore. I don't know what I can possibly do. What I gotta do? Go and rob a bank?"
Nicki recently told Complex magazine that "nothing" has changed her since finding huge success and considers herself to be quite shy.
Meanwhile, the singer-rapper is preparing to unveil the official music video to her latest single 'Starships' and kept her fans happy in the meantime with the release of a promo for her 'Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded' track 'Beez In The Trap'.
