The 'Fly' star has praised the Canadian rapper stating artists like him are a rare commodity in the industry.
Nicki Minaj has confessed that she is "proud" of rapper Drake and hailed him as an "incredible talent".
The artists have collaborated numerous times in the past including the tracks 'Moment 4 Life' and 'Make Me Proud'.
Speaking to MTV News, the Trinidad born star admitted artists such as the Canadian rapper are rare.
"That's my baby, I'm very, very proud of him," she gushed. "He's just an incredible talent and people like him only come around once every twenty, thirty years."
The pair performed together at last weekend's Wireless Festival 2012 and Nicki admitted that she always feels at home when she returns to London.
"They really made me feel that when I come to London, that I'm home," she said. "You know it's rare that you find a place that you've never been to and it feels like home. I only started coming to London last year and it feels incredible, they are like my die hard fans."

The singer recently performed a series of shows in the UK including two headline nights at London's Hammersmith Apollo.
Nicki will return to the UK later this year for a huge arena tour.
"This fall I get a chance to come to all the places I didn't go to last time, like Liverpool and Newcastle, so I'm really excited," she admitted. "We are also performing at the O2 in London and I'm excited for people to see the arena show because there was so much I couldn't really do on the smaller stages. Now, we are about to get into a big deal type of show."
