The 'Adore You' singer sent an emotional apology to fans this week about her bad news.

Miley Cyrus has confirmed she is still in hospital recovering from a severe allergic reaction and was forced to cancel a second world tour date last night, saying the decision was out of her control.

The 'We Can't Stop' singer was hospitalised earlier this week after an allergic reaction to medication, having to cancel her Kansas City show, and has now had to pull out of a gig in St. Louis.

"I can't get a hold of my team because it is so early so I want to be the one to tell my fans especially the ones trekking to get there," Miley tweeted yesterday (16th April) to make the announcement. "The hospital is saying I won't be released today therefore I'm not going 2 make it 2 St Louis.

"I'm so sorry but somethings are outta my control," the 'Wrecking Ball' star explained.

Miley also seemed to be getting upset after reading tweets online about her show cancellations.

"Humans can b so selfish," she also posted. "If any1 thinks id rather b laying n a hospital bed than doing what I love on stage they're f***in LAME. Im miserable."

Miley Cyrus is still expected to perform at her Nashville concert this coming Friday (18th April).
