The 'Bad Romance' singer has landed the coveted spot on the front of the publication.
Lady Gaga will grace the cover of US Vogue's September edition, it has been reported.
The 'Marry The Night' singer will take centre stage on the publication's upcoming issue which is known to be a highly lucrative spot due to the increase in advertising for the edition.
The singer was first featured on the cover back in March 2011 where she posed in a short pink bob wig and no eyebrows.
The edition will apparently reveal details on her perfume launch for the fragrance which is set to be called 'Monster'.
The star is currently on her 'Born This Way' world tour which will head to the UK for a series of shows in London and Manchester during the same month.
The 'Telephone' singer recently received a concussion during one of her live shows in New Zealand after she was struck on the head by a pole.
Gaga took to her Twitter account days after to reveal that she was still feeling "woozy" and showed off the black eye she received as a result of the incident.
The singer is also rumoured to be designed a new controversial outfit which will involve cockroaches being filled into a hat.
