The charcoal sketch drawn by iconic jazz singer Tony Bennett is being sold off to raise money for the two artists' personal charities.
A nude drawing of Lady Gaga drawn by singer Tony Bennett is being auctioned off for charity.
The jazz musician sketched Gaga following Gaga's photo shoot with photographer Annie Liebovitz for Vanity Fair's January 2012 issue.
The charcoal artwork is being auctioned off on eBay Celebrity and all proceeds from the sale will be split between Bennett's charity Exploring the Arts and Gaga's Born This Way Foundation.
Gaga previously admitted she became very nervous when Tony asked her to pose for him earlier this year.
The two singers came together to record a cover of 'The Lady Is A Tramp' for Bennett's September 2011 album 'Duets II', and also performed again for Gaga's Thanksgiving special A Very Gaga Thanksgiving.
The auction for Lady Gaga's nude sketch ends on 19th December.
