The 'Bad Romance' singer was the highest female musician to chart in the top 100 list from the business magazine.
Lady Gaga has been named as the most powerful female musician in a new survey conducted by business publication Forbes magazine.
The 'Marry The Night' singer charted 12 places higher than The Queen and also beat the likes of Ellen DeGeneres, Beyonce and Angelina Jolie in the top 100 most powerful women list for 2012.
The American star came in at 14 with the Queen in 26 and the likes of Michelle Obama taking the 7th spot and Hilary Clinton at number two.
Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel was named the most powerful woman of 2012 and Oprah Winfrey just missed out on a top ten spot at 11.
26 year-old Gaga is the youngest person to feature on the list which also includes musicians Shakira and Jennifer Lopez.

The singer is currently preparing to release her new studio album 'ARTPOP' in early 2013 and is on the European leg of her 'Born This Way Ball' tour.
She will head to the UK next month for a series of shows at Twickenham Stadium and Mancheser Arena.
The 'You & I' singer is also launching her FAME fragrance and shocked fans when she dyed her hair brunette this week – although she vowed to continue her tour as a blonde.
