The 'You & I' singer was seen leaving a children's toy shop in Los Angeles during her stay this week.
Lady Gaga enjoyed a sunny day out shopping in Los Angeles over the weekend amid reports she was looking for a gift to give to Elton John's newborn son.
The 'Marry The Night' singer, who is godmother to Elton and David Furnish's two year-old son Zachary, was pictured visiting Kitson Kids on Robertson Boulevard this past Sunday (20th January).
Ahead of her 'Born This Way Ball' show that evening Gaga took a short trip out to the shops to visit the trendy store, allegedly to pick up a gift for Elton's new son Elijah following his birth earlier this month.
Gaga dressed up for the occasion in a floral patterned maxi dress which she opted to pair with a cream floppy hat and white shades.
Last week Lady Gaga was also spotted visiting a tattoo parlour in LA, although she has yet to reveal whether she had a new piece of body art done during the visit.

The 'Born This Way Ball' began its North American leg earlier this month and Gaga celebrated the tour's arrival by launching her Brave Bus initiative for her show in Tacoma.
The Brave Bus initiative will now follow the tour across every show, giving fans a place to go to talk about self-esteem issues and bullying.
Lady Gaga's 'Born This Way Ball' world tour continues tomorrow (23rd January) with a performance at the US Airways Center in Phoenix, Arizona.
