Conor Maynard will also be looking to end Florence And The Machine's chart reign this weekend.

Calvin Harris and Example's brand new single will challenge Florence and the Machine for the number one spot this weekend on the Vodafone Big Top 40 chart.

The 'Feel So Close' DJ and producer has teamed up with UK rapper Example for 'We'll Be Coming Back', which is due out this Sunday (29th July), and will be looking to end Florence and the Machine's reign at number one with 'Spectrum (Say My Name)'.

The 'Shake It Out' singer has been at number one for the past two weeks with the remix of their newest single, which was produced by Calvin Harris himself, and will also face competition from Conor Maynard who's new single 'Vegas Girl' is expected to make a big impact on the Big Top 40 this weekend.

Engaged pop couple Karmin, comprising Amy Heidemann and Nick Noonan, are also in the running for a good charting position following the release of their debut single 'Brokenhearted'.
