The 'I Wanna Go' singer says she will "definitely" be back for a second year of judging on the show.
Britney Spears has said she intends to return for a second season of The X Factor USA next year.
The 'Criminal' star joined the show's judging line-up this year alongside fellow new addition Demi Lovato, and has now confirmed she wants to be back in 2013 for the show's third season on FOX.
When asked whether she would be back for a second season of the show, Britney told Rolling Stone: "Yes. I definitely will!"
The 'I Wanna Go' singer also discussed her acts on the show and said she has come to see them as being like her "little children", and wants them all to do well in the competition.
"They're like my little children, you know what I mean?" Britney revealed. "And they're so young and it's just when you see them do so well it's like my heart is out there for them.
"It's a lot of fun. It's different from anything I've ever done before, but it's a lot of fun," she added. "We get to sit back to be entertained and it's just wonderful, it's really cool."
Last week The X Factor USA's LA Reid said he was enjoying this year's judging panel and hopes both Britney and Demi opt to remain on the show for another year.
Britney Spears has previously hinted that she may perform live on The X Factor USA final later this year.
