The 'Scream & Shout' singer says she is working hard to get ready for her gruelling performance schedule.
Britney Spears has confirmed her oft-rumoured Las Vegas residency will be going forward while describing the upcoming attraction as a "massive party".
The 'Criminal' singer has been rumoured for a prestigious spot on the Sin City bill for the past several months but had yet to comment on rumours herself until this week.
Britney says fans can expect a complicated and well thought out show and has revealed she has been working out hard to make sure she is in perfect shape for the residency.
"The performances won't be simple, they'll be a massive party from start to finish," Britney reveals in the new issue of Shape magazine, to confirm the long-running rumours. "And to pull this off, I have to be in top condition and running at full speed.
"I'm doing 90 minutes of yoga twice a week in addition to a lot of cardio, hour-long sessions three times a week with my trainer Tony Martinez," the 'I Wanna Go' singer explained.
While the casino for Britney's residency has yet to be announced it is believed she could be up for a spot at the prestigious Vegas venue Caesar's Palace.

This past week will.i.am confirmed he will executively produce Britney's eighth studio album after collaborating her earlier this year on the single 'Scream & Shout'.
Britney Spears has yet to announce the official dates for her Las Vegas residency but it is expected to begin before the end of 2013.
