The 'Criminal' singer will be making a huge announcement on her official website the same day.
Britney Spears has been confirmed to make an appearance on Good Morning America this month.
The show's official Twitter account announced details of the singer's appearance as part of their The Pop Icons series – which also includes Katy Perry today (6th September) and Lady Gaga next week.
Britney will be on the show on Tuesday 17th September – the same day the countdown on her official website ends.
It's widely expected the singer will use her time to announce her new single.
The star has been teasing her next album for the past few months with producers Naughty Boy, William Orbit and Will.i.am all involved.
Emeli Sande also recently revealed that she had written material for the record.
