The 'Criminal' singer could earn more than $100 million a year for a rumoured run performing in Las Vegas.
Britney Spears is reportedly close to securing a deal to follow in the footsteps of stars like Celine Dion and Elton John with a multi-million dollar deal to host a residency in Las Vegas.
The 'I Wanna Go' singer, who announced over the weekend she has left The X Factor USA after one season, is said to be in "serious talks" to headline a Las Vegas show on a long term basis.
TMZ claims Britney is being "wooed" by one of the famous Caesars properties to do a "big nightly show", and could be set to earn more than Celine Dion's $100 million a year salary for her own run in the city.
"The deal is a go," a source claims. "There are several stipulations that could throw a monkey wrench in the deal, but it's basically done."
News of Britney's exit from The X Factor USA was confirmed by the singer herself in a statement several days ago, with Britney saying she wants to focus on recording her eighth album this year.
It was also confirmed that Britney and her fiancé Jason Trawick have ended their relationship after two years together as a couple.
