The 'Love On Top' star admits she is very "nervous" ahead of her live return at the US Memorial Day weekend.
Beyonce has confessed that she has achieved her fantastic post pregnancy figure by rehearsing long hours for her first live shows since giving birth to daughter Blue Ivy.
The 'Countdown' star spoke on the red carpet of the Met Gala to ET and admitted she had "no secrets" and that hard work was the reason for her impressive figure.
"[I've been] Working so hard – I've been working really hard. There are no secrets, discipline," she revealed.
"I haven't had much time in the gym, I've been rehearsing – I have a show coming up and it's my first show in a year so I've been dancing for hours, eight hours nine hours a day. I'm so nervous. I'm calling on Sacha Fierce – I need her to come back."
The singer also added that she would love to have more children some day after celebrating her and husband Jay-Z's first baby earlier this year.
Beyonce will make her live return to the stage in Atlantic City for three consecutive performances at Revel's new $2.4 billion hotel and casino resort starting on 26th May.
