Beyonce not playing fair?

Beyonce's being sued by a US video game maker for not playing fair.

Gate Five LLC say the Grammy Award-winning singer made a lucrative agreement last year for a game structured around her called Starpower: Beyonce.

But it now accuses her of demanding a new deal and abruptly abandoning the project.

A complaint filed on Tuesday in New York says the agreement fell apart during a "crucial moment in the project's development" because Beyonce made "an extortionate demand" for more cash. It goes on to allege that Beyonce "destroyed Gate Five's business, and drove 70 people into unemployment, the week before Christmas".

The company says it's lost its investment of over £4million.
