The 'Contdown' star is being lined up to appear in the new project by Glee creator Ryan Murphy.
Beyonce is reportedly being lined up for a role in a new musical comedy called One Hit Wonders alongside such stars as Cameron Diaz, Reese Witherspoon and Gwyneth Paltrow.
The Destiny's Child star is among the names wanted by Glee creator Ryan Murphy after Entertainment Weekly confirmed his involvement with the upcoming project.
The movie is said to be about three former stars from 1990s pop who decide to team up for a comeback which is also set to feature Andy Samberg.
It would be the first movie role for the star since the birth of her baby daughter Blue Ivy and the first time she will be seen back on the big screen since 2009's Obsessed.
She is also rumoured to be appearing in a new Clint Eastwood movie entitled A Star Is Born which could also feature Leonardo DiCaprio.
Meanwhile, Beyonce and husband Jay-Z's baby has been tipped for stardom herself by close friend Gwyneth Paltrow who said she has a "glow around her like her mother".
