Beyonce has been spotted wearing a pair of expensive shoes in New York.
The pregnant singer needed to be helped by an aide as she stepped out in the $1,180 designer boots to attend a business meeting in Manhattan on Tuesday (3rd November).
Created by Alain Quilici, the Payson ankle-high boots feature a heel and toe that are bridged by a platform, which gives them the look of an ice skate.
Despite excepting her first baby with husband Jay-Z next February, Bey has refused to slow down her promotional duties.
Last month, the '4' star showcased a new video for 'Party', which is the sixth track from her latest album to be given an official clip.
Beyonce has also been designing a maternity range with her mother, Tina Knowles.
