The 'Crazy In Love' star's performance at the NFL event this weekend has promoted the rise in digital downloads.
Beyonce and Destiny's Child have seen a huge increase in digital song sales following Sunday night's (3rd February) Super Bowl halftime show.
The 'Love On Top' singer took to the stage inside the Merecedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans for the NFL event and was joined by Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams for a medley of Destiny's Child hits.
Industry sources revealed to Billboard that sales of the 'End Of Time' singer's solo hits jumped 230% with the band's seeing a 600% rise.
The biggest selling song for Beyonce was also revealed to be 'Halo' – which she concluded her triumphant set with on the night.
The song also proved popular with legendary basketball pro Shaquille O'Neal who performed a mimed version during the set as he sat in the stands of the show.
Meanwhile, Beyonce has also announced details of her new 2013 world tour which will head to the UK in April.
The star's European leg will include four nights at London's O2 Arena.
