Ariana Grande shared a post on her Instagram stories that displays what she calls "terrifying" impacts of PTSD on her brain.

Fans immediately shared words of support for Ariana, who has spoken about her PTSD and therapy journey in the past.

"PTSD is a serious mental illness and sometimes she really needs a break from everything. the fact that ariana is still touring shows how much she cares. i really hope she makes sure to take care of herself," wrote one fan. Other fans chimed in with messages of support for the star.

In a 2018 interview with Vogue, Ariana opened up about her PTSD following the deadly 2017 Manchester attack on one of her concerts: "I don't think I'll ever know how to talk about it and not cry."

In her recent music, Ariana Grande has addressed the loss of her ex-boyfriend, beloved rapper Mac Miller (who died last year), as well as the break down of her relationship with Pete Davidson. She also sang about having anxiety on "get well soon" from Sweetener.
