The 'Rolling In The Deep' singer believes forthcoming baby is her most memorable moment of the year.
Adele has described falling pregnant as the "best part" of 2012, despite her ongoing chart success, according to reports.
The 'Someone Like You' singer announced last month that she was expecting her first child with boyfriend Simon Konecki.
Closer reports that Adele's baby news has been the crowning moment of her year, which has already seen her continue to win accolades for her last album '21' amid reports she has also been working on new music.
"It's true love for Adele and Simon," a source said. "They are committed to each other and ready to be a family. Adele feels that falling pregnant is like hitting the jackpot.
"She said 'I've been on a high for a year with my work and personal life, but the best is yet to come'."

The insider added that Adele had been joking that she was looking forward to eating shepherd's pie during her pregnancy.
It has been reported that Adele's baby is due to be born in September, but the singer has yet to comment on the rumours.
