The 'Set Fire To The Rain' singer is said to have been offered a spot headlining her own residency in the city.
Adele is reportedly considering a possible residency in Las Vegas after being put on hotel bosses' "hit-list" for a show in the popular entertainment city.
The 'Rolling In The Deep' singer, who is currently writing for her third studio album, is said to be "seriously considering" the offers as a way of being able to be around her newborn son.
"Adele is top of the Vegas hit-list and she's seriously considering it as an option," a source told the Daily Star. "She wants to get back to performing but doesn't want to go on the road so soon after becoming a mum.
"A Vegas residency would mean she could settle with her family and record her third album all at once,' they explained. "She's been asking for advice from Elton, who has spent years performing at Caesar's Palace."
Earlier this month, Adele admitted she can't wait to get out on tour again, and confirmed plans to take her next album on the road after its release.

The 'Someone Like You' singer attended the Grammy Awards 2013 in person two weekends ago to accept her award, where she has been staying with boyfriend Simon Konecki and her son Angelo.
Adele's appearance at the Grammys caused controversy after a photo appeared to show her in a confrontation with Chris Brown, however the UK star has since clarified that she was actually paying the R&B star a compliment.
