Adele, Lady Gaga And Rihanna Lead Billboard Music Awards 2012 Nominations

The artists will go up against each other in the Top Artist category at this year's music industry event next month.
Adele will go up against the likes of Rihanna, Lady Gaga and Katy Perry for the Top Artist prize at this year's Billboard Music Awards it has been announced.
The 'Rolling In The Deep' singer leads the way with a total of 18 nominations in all categories.
Justin Bieber and Chris Brown will be looking to do battle with Drake, Bruno Mars and Lil Wayne in the Top Male Artist category with Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry and Adele all going head to head in the Top Female Artist bracket.
British band Coldplay are also up for three prizes on the night with Maroon 5, Beyonce and LMFAO also getting mentions in a variety of categories.
The event will take place at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on Sunday 20th May and last year's ceremony saw Eminem crowned the big winner of the night.
