The 'Someone Like You' singer says she has no interest in having a relationship with her father.
Adele has vowed never to speak to her estranged father again, after he sold a tabloid newspaper story about her last year.
The 23 year-old singer has had little to do with her 48 year-old father Mark Evans since he left her and her mother when she was three year-old, and says he has ruined any chance of rebuilding their relationship.
"I was actually ready to start trying to have a relationship with him. He's f**king blown it," Adele told US Vogue magazine this month. "He will never hear from me again.
"Because there is nothing that would upset me more than my dad being bribed by the press," she explained. "It's like, Just let them run it, then. Don't you give them ammunition."
The interview Adele's plumber father sold in March 2011 claimed the 'Someone Like You' singer's relationship troubles stem from his leaving her at such a young age.
"It makes me angry! To come back after ten years and be like, 'Maybe her problem with men comes down to me'. It's like, f**k off! How dare you comment on my life? It makes my blood boil," Adele continued. "There's consequences other than just getting a bit a f**kin' money that lasts you half a year. It blows my mind. 'I love her so much'? Really? Why are you telling me that through a newspaper?"
Adele added: "If I ever see him I will spit in his face."
The 'Rolling In the Deep' singer had one of the most successful nights of her career last weekend when she picked up all six awards she was nominated for at the 2012 Grammy Awards in Los Angeles.
Adele has since confirmed she will be heading back into the recording studio after performing at the BRIT Awards next week (21st February) to begin working on new material.
