On-Air Competition on Capital FM, October 2013
1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) which can be found at www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions apply to the Taylor Swift on air radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Friday 4th October to Friday 11th October 2013 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is The Capital FM Network.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must:
• Identify and text in when they hear a Taylor Swift track played in full during the on-air show(s) as directed by the presenter.
• Send a text message with the keyword "TAYLOR" to 83958 (the "Text Message Line"). The text system will not recognise any other format of the keyword.
• Text messages will be charged at £1.00 plus one standard network rate message.
• The text message line will open as directed by the presenter(s) on-air and close at the end of the Taylor Swift song.
• If listeners text after the closing time they will not be entered but may still be charged. Global Radio is not responsible for any latency experienced by a listener’s mobile phone network which may delay the delivery of a text message to us.
• For the avoidance of doubt, only text messages received during the duration of a Taylor Swift track played in full between the opening and closing times and as directed by the presenter(s) on-air will be eligible to win the prize.
4. The presenter(s) will state the Taylor Swift, Red Tour concert date that listeners are playing for when they give details of how to enter on-air..
5. One Entrant with the correct answer will be selected at random from all entries after the closing time and brought to air, where they will instantly be awarded two tickets to see Taylor Swift in concert in February 2014. The presenter will confirm which date and venue the tickets are for on air.
6. The Entrant will be notified that they have won on air.
7. The winner will be required to answer their phone, talk to the presenter/s and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If the caller doesn’t answer their phone, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated and another entrant selected at random.

8. In addition to the above, there will be an additional draw (the additional draw) made after the competition has ended on Friday 11th October 2013. The draw will take place on Friday 11th October 2013, after the last competition round to win tickets to see Taylor Swift in London. This will be no later than 12:00pm.
9. The additional draw will include every entrant that has entered correctly between 04/10/2013 and 11/10/2013 to win tickets to see Taylor Swift in her London concerts.
10. One Entrant with a correct answer will be selected at random from all entries received during the week and brought to air, where they will instantly be awarded a trip to for two people to see Taylor Swift live in concert in Melbourne, Australia.
11. If the entry timestamp of the winning text message matches the Capital music log to a Taylor Swift track being played, Capital will award the prize. If not, the process will be repeated until we find a valid winner.
12. The Entrant will be notified that they have won on air.
13. The winner will be required to answer their phone, talk to the presenter/s and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If the caller doesn’t answer their phone, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated and another entrant selected at random.
Eligibility
14. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over and have the bill-payers permission before texting.
15. Listeners can enter the competition a maximum of three times each round. We strongly advise against excessive use.

16. 2 x standard tickets to see Taylor Swift live in London on The Red Tour on either 1st, 2nd or 4th February 2014 at London’s O2 Arena as stated by the presenter(s) on-air.
17. Global Radio reserves the right to substitute the prize, or any element of the prize at any time.
18. The Prize is not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for an alternative prize, including cash.
19. Travel and accommodation is not included in the prize.
20. In the event of a concert being cancelled or postponed, the supply of alternative prizes will be at the discretion of the concert Promoter.
21. The O2 Arena London reserves the right to exercise their door policies, for which Global Radio is not responsible.
22. For the avoidance of doubt, any entrant who wins tickets to see Taylor Swift live in London, UK will be eligible to be included in the draw to see Taylor Swift live in Melbourne, Australia.
Taylor Swift in Melbourne, Australia:
23. 2 x return tickets from London to Melbourne, Economy tickets, departing 10th December 2013.
24. 7 x nights accommodation in a 4* hotel in Melbourne City Centre
25. 2 x Standard tickets to see Taylor Swift, The Red Tour at the Melbourne Etihad Stadium on 14th December 2013.
26. Back stage ‘meet and greet’ at the Melbourne Etihad Stadium with Taylor Swift on The Red Tour.
27. Entrants must hold a valid passport with minimum 6 months before expiry at the date of travel.
28. The hotel will be classed as a minimum of 4 stars and is based on two people sharing a twin or double room (winner’s choice) with en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.
29. Global Radio reserves the right to substitute the prize, or any element of the prize at any time.
30. The Prize is not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for an alternative prize, including cash.
31. In the event of a concert being cancelled or postponed, the supply of alternative prizes will be at the discretion of the concert Promoter.
32. Transfers to and from the airports in both the UK and Australia as well as transfers between the hotel and the Melbourne Etihad Stadium are not included in the prize.
33. Entrants will need to arrange their own travel insurance at their own expense. Travel insurance is not included in the prize.
34. Entrants will need to arrange their own Australian visa at their own expense. Visas for travel are not included in the prize.
35. In the event of the concert cancellation/postponement, the winner will be offered the meet and greet experience again at the discretion of Universal Music
36. In the event of Taylor Swift being unable to carry out the meet and greet for any reason, no alternative prize will be offered.
37. The winner is responsible for acting appropriately at the show and back stage, and following any instructions as given by representatives of Universal Music and Taylor Swift.
