With Joes Ice Cream, everything else is just ice cream

Joe’s Ice Cream has been producing its famous vanilla ice cream in South Wales for nearly a hundred years. The founder, Joe Cascarini came to Wales from the Abruzzi Mountains in Italy in 1922 and as a passionate ice cream lover sought to add a truly Italian flair to his family run café. Following a secret recipe from his home in Italy, he sourced the finest ingredients in Wales and introduced the most unique tasting, luxury Italian ice cream. That sacred recipe remains unchanged and safe in the heart of the family who still make the very same unique vanilla ice cream today.

In February 2013, due to customer demand, Joe’s Ice Cream opened its first parlour in Cardiff at Wellfield Road, just by Roath Park. The famous vanilla ice cream is freshly churned on the premises daily ensuring that Cardiff customers can enjoy the unique vanilla taste that sets itself apart from any other. Everything else is just ice cream!
