One Direction On Film Ambitions: "We'd Like To Recreate Romeo And Juliet"

The 'What Makes You Beautiful' stars admit they would consider starring in movies some day.

One Direction have admitted that they would consider starring in movies and said they'd love to do a reworked version of Romeo And Juliet with all the band playing the parts.

The 'One Thing' stars told The Sun that a jump into the world of the silver screen would be dependent on the movie being something they desired.

"Movies are something we would consider. But it would have to be what we want," band mate Harry Styles confessed.

He continued: "We would love to do Romeo And Juliet, as depicted by One Direction, and we should play the parts - Niall would be Juliet."

The Irish star, who recently joined support act Olly Murs for an acoustic rendition of 'Heart Skips A Beat' backstage on their latest tour, said he would be more then willing to get on board with the idea.

"I don't really mind playing Juliet, if I'm honest. I'd do whatever is good for the group," he said. "I'm there. We are all there for each other."

Meanwhile, the band continuted their North American tour with a show in Toronto, Canada last night and will head to the UK in 2013 for a new arena tour.
