The 'Heart Skips A Beat' singer says nothing will be officially confirmed for a few more months.
Olly Murs has clarified his recent comments about a potential exit from The Xtra Factor and says he "might still be doing it" despite the reports.
The 'Troublemaker' singer gave an interview this week where he revealed it is "unlikely" he will rejoin co-host Caroline Flack for the 2013 series of the show in order to focus fully on launching his music career in America.
However, Olly spoke to Capital Breakfast this morning (1st February) and says he hasn't yet quit the show and that nothing is officially confirmed until April this year.
"All I said is at the moment it's looking unlikely, but you never know," Olly revealed today. "I mean last year I didn't do any auditions and turned up at the live shows.
"Nothing gets sorted out until April anyway, that's when all the contracts come out and they start getting everyone ready for the show," Olly explained. 'I did say its unlikely and obviously if I don't do the show I'm going to be devastated because I had such a great time on it.
"But, I might still be doing it. You never know," he added.

Olly Murs will kick off his new UK arena tour with a show in Newcastle on 26th February.
