The 'Marry The Night' singer offers her words of praise after the New York opening.
Lady Gaga has revealed she is feeling "so proud" of her parents after they launched their own restaurant in New York yesterday (1st February).
The 'Joanne Trattoria' was created in memory of the 'Bad Romance' singer's aunt Joanne who passed away from Lupus disease when she was 19.
Taking to her Twitter account following the opening, Gaga tweeted: "I'm so proud of my parents! Tonight their restaurant opens in NY. Joanne Trattoria. My dad built with his two hands, mommy decorated."
Her parents Joe and Cynthia Germanotta have reportedly styled the restaurant in a contemporary simple fashion with open brickwork and fireplaces in place.
There are also said to be many portraits of the family scattered around on the walls.
Meanwhile, the singer is rumoured to have purchased a new luxury apartment in London.
