The 'Boyfriend' singer blames his sudden illness in Arizona on drinking milk.
Justin Bieber has blamed drinking milk as the reason he threw up on stage during the opening night of his 'Believe' world tour this weekend.
The 'As Long As You Love Me' star was in the middle of his song 'Out Of Town Girl' when he quickly turned around and was sick, running off backstage soon after.
He returned to the stage but was also seen leaving his set during 'Beauty And A Beat' for a couple of minutes.
"I'm sorry, I'm going to slow things down," he declared and played his song 'Fall'.
"It's hard for me, you know, not feeling great and throwing up in front of a bunch of people," he said. "Will you love me even though I'm throwing up on stage?"
He added: "I wanted to give you my best show ever, so do you mind if I finish it?"
Following the gig at the Jobing.com Arena in Glendale, the teen star took to his Twitter account to profess how much he enjoyed the show and revealed the reason for his sudden illness.
"Great show. Getting better for tomorrow's show !!!! Love u," he tweeted, adding: "And .... Milk was a bad choice! Lol"

Meanwhile, the Canadian also paid tribute to Avalanna Routh, known affectionately as "Mrs. Justin Bieber" during the show.
The superfan lost a battle with cancer recently, leaving the singer "devastated" after meeting the six –year-old earlier this year.
The 'Believe' tour will continue tomorrow night (2nd October) at the Staples Center in Los Angeles and head to the UK in early 2013.
