Ellie Goulding says boyfriend Dougie Poynter's voice makes her "melt"… and says she'd LOVE to have him sing on her album.

The 'Burn' superstar chatted to Capital's Max this week about her relationship with the McBusted heartthrob, and says she wishes the bassist got to sing more on his records because she loves his voice.

"So, he doesn't sing much right on their stuff and it kind of annoys me. Because we sing in a jokey way and he has got a really amazing voice," Ellie exclusively told us. "I love male voices, I'm always going on about male voices I discover.

"His voice literally makes me melt and he doesn't believe me, but he has the most incredible voice but you don't hear it because he doesn't sing much on their stuff," she explained. "But I just wish he would sing more, I think he's a little bit shy.

"I would happily have him on my album. I'd get him to do something," Ellie added. "When he sings, I just collapse."
