The 'Lego House' star admits he is "delighted" to be performing at the event in September.
Ed Sheeran has been confirmed as the latest name to join the line-up of this year's iTunes Festival.
The 'Small Bump' singer will appear at the Roundhouse in Camden, London on 2nd September taking to the stage the following day after Usher opens the month long event.
The BRIT Award winning star made his first appearance at the festival last year supporting Bruno Mars and is now keen to be heading back as the headline act.
"I'm playing at the iTunes Festival on the 2nd of September at the Roundhouse and I'm delighted to be performing," he admitted. "I played there last year with Bruno Mars which was fun and this year I'm coming back as a headliner."
Other stars already on the bill include boyband One Direction, Scottish star Emeli Sande and 'Take A Chance On Me' singers JLS.

The singer is set to embark on his debut US tour and has just released his debut album '+' in North America.
Meanwhile, the 'Drunk' singer was among the stars who performed at the Capital FM Summertime Ball 2012.
The singer had 80,000 fans in Wembley Stadium singing along to such hits as 'The A Team', 'You Need Me, I Don't Need You' and 'Lego House'.
