In 'Unaccommodating', Eminem makes a joke (?) about the 2017 bombing at Ariana Grande's Manchester Arena concert, in which 22 people lost their lives. People are now taking to social media to call out Eminem for including the lyric on the LP.
'Unaccommodating' is a collaboration with Young M.A.. On the track, Eminem and M.A. boast about their achievements and trade bars about how they refuse to accommodate their critics. In the second verse, Eminem raps: "But I'm contemplating yelling 'Bombs away' on the game / Like I'm outside of an Ariana Grande concert waiting," with a bomb sound effect.
Unaccommodating
Naturally, people are outraged by the lyric. One fan wrote: "eminem literally just made a joke about the manchester bombing at ariana grande’s concert... that is just so fucking sick, y’all better not give this man any attention. people literally lost their lives, and you’re going to release music and try to make a profit off of them [sic]."
Another tweeted: "eminem stans are really trying to defend his joke about a terrorist attack that killed 22 people and gave ariana PTSD...literally bye [sic]."

Eminem literally just used a horrific terrorist attack that killed 22 innocent adults/children for a punchline in a song.

Eminem fans were quick to point out that he encouraged people to donate to the victims of the Manchester bombing when it happened in 2017. He is also well known for shocking listeners with his violent lyrics. However, none of this excuses the fact that the lyric is offensive and could be triggering to those affected by the attack.
As it stands, Eminem is yet to respond to the backlash. We shall update you if he does.
