Overnight Accommodation in an executive room, inclusive of Breakfast for the Bride & Groom to be taken on the night of the wedding.

The Ceremony MUST be booked by the Bride & Groom with the Superintendant Registrar @ Gateshead Council and all fees incurred must be paid by the Bride & Groom. This is a legal requirement and the hotel can not be involved in this process.
Wedding must be booked and have taken placed before 31st December 2012. Dates subject to availability. The Bride & Groom will receive a ￡100 voucher from Flower Design to go towards their flower order. Wedding Insurance is not included.
Marriott will supply a 7 night European Signature Award Voucher, which must be used before the expiry date. There are 44 hotels to choose from, subject to availability. A full list of hotels and terms & conditions can be obtained from the Newcastle Marriott Metrocentre. Travel insurance is not included.

NR Photography
Wedding Photography
By signing the NR Photography document you are entering into a legal contract between you (herein referred to as the client) and NR Photography (herein referred to as we). By signing these terms and conditions you are agreeing to said terms and conditions, and any penalty incurred in the event of a breach of said terms and conditions. Package includes two photographers (a male and female photographer team) on the wedding day. Images will be taken from the bride getting ready in the morning through to wedding breakfast speeches.
A pre-wedding meeting must be agreed at the wedding venue location to discuss photographic requirements. This must include the venue Marriott wedding organiser to ensure correct timings and avoid conflict of interest.
The venue for this competition must be a Marriott hotel in the North East of England.
If NR Photography have other business commitments on the preferred date for the competition winners wedding, NR Photography will not be obliged to cancel their prior arrangements. Every effort will be made to come to an agreement over the competition winners wedding date.
Once a date is set and agreed between the client and NR Photography, this date can not be amended. Photographs will be uploaded onto a secure online gallery within four weeks of the wedding day. A low resolution disc will be provided to the couple for them to keep – this will allow the married couple to make their selection of images for the album. There will be two choices of album available, and the number of photographs within the said album will be 60-70 images. Bespoke albums can be obtained and NR Photography would be happy to discuss the additional cost of any difference in album package chosen. The images must be chosen within 8 weeks of receiving the low resolution disc. If this timeline is exceeded the final album will be forfeited. We reserve the right to use any images, digital files and negatives for display, publication or any other purpose. If any parties involved in this competition wish to use the images supplied by NR Photography , a byline and/or link directly to NR Photography website is required - www.nrphotography.co.uk
All copyright remains the exclusive property of NR Photography. The client is however permitted to make copies of the images provided on the low resolution disc but not copies of the final album images.
Any infringement of this copyright in any way (including unauthorised production of re-prints, canvas wraps or other image reproduction) will lead to full prosecution.
It is understood that Nicky Rogerson is the exclusive photographer retained to perform the photographic services requested on this form.
Any change in times and dates as recorded on this form must be communicated to NR Photography immediately. Delivery of your completed album is estimated at 8 weeks from the date you sign off your images. We will not accept responsibility for this period being extended at peak times.
NR Photography is fully covered by comprehensive professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
