Deaken Bluman is the actor who plays Winston Williams on 13 Reasons Why. He's a relative newcomer but you can probably expect him back for more season 4 Monty drama.
13 Reasons Why season 3 introduced a few new characters including Grace Saif as the controversial, but honestly not that bad, Ani Achola. As the show revealed more about Monty De La Cruz's backstory, viewers also met Winston Williams – Monty's first male sexual partner and a potential wrench in the group's season 4 plans.

Deaken Bluman plays Winston, a new character who becomes involved with series villain Monty De La Cruz (played by Timothy Granaderos). After the pair hook up at a party, Monty unfortunately, takes his internalised homophobia out on Winston and beats him up in front of shocked partygoers.
Later, after Homecoming, Monty and Winston meet up again and spend the evening together, though Monty insists that he's "not fucking gay". Winston is essentially Monty's alibi and, if he chooses to speak up for him, that could cause major trouble for the group in season 4.
Deaken Bluman landed the role of Winston last year and he's also been in a couple of other projects, including 2018 web-series First Love and 2016's Fall Into Me. He doesn't have many acting credits and 13 Reasons Why is his biggest role to date.
Although Deaken's Instagram account is not verified (and he does not seem to be a super active user) you can follow him on the platform at @deakenbluman.
Though nothing has been confirmed just yet, it seems like a distinct possibility that Winston could return to tie up some loose ends concerning Monty's frame up. Nothing on 13 Reasons Why is ever as tidy as the season 3 finale was, and something tells us that Winston will be back in a big way come season 4.
