Sarah Catherine Hook plays a lesbian character in First Kill, and she and co-star Imani Lewis have spoken about the importance and responsibility of bringing that representation to the screen. "I know that both Imani and myself really wanted to get this right. What we love more than anything about this show is that their queerness was normal.
