Nicholas Galitzine has not publicly spoken about being in a current relationship. Speaking to L'Officiel in 2023, Nicholas said that his career makes it hard to stay in a relationship. He explained: "It’s definitely hard. I mean, my last couple of girlfriends, I feel like we’ve had to go our separate ways essentially because of the travel. It’s difficult."
