No. Despite the shared surname, Jenna Ortega is not the daughter of High School Musical director Kenny Ortega. Speaking to Wired, Jenna said: "I would love to be related to him. [When I met him] I think we were making jokes about him possibly being a cousin or an uncle. But I only met him once, so I feel a little weird calling a stranger an uncle."
