No, Stassie Karanikolaou and Noah Centineo aren't married… we think. In October, a celeb gossip page reported that the couple had eloped in Las Vegas after several "sources" reported they had seen Noah propose at a beach club. Ah, romance. Stassie was in Vegas at the time, but neither have confirmed their marriage and no license was found. [@stassiebaby via Instagram]
