If you've joined our Help a Capital Child team for the 2014 Prudential Ride London then this page is for you!

Here you will find everything you need to get started with your cycling challenge and make sure you're ready for 10th August. You can download a full training guide to get you on track and make sure that, come race day, you're right out in front! You'll see our fundraising pack that's bursting with ideas to help you smash your £500 target and you can download our sponsor forms to help your friends and family support you in your challenge!

How to send in fundraising

Once you've done the hard part, collecting all that sponsorship money you can send it in to us through a number of ways: 

Cheque - Cheques should be made payable to Help a Capital Child and sent to Help a Capital Child, 30 Leicester Square, London, WC2H 7LA. Just remember to put your name on the back so we know to add it to your total. 

Online - You can pay any cash that you collect into your account and then make an online transfer of the money. Our account details are below and remember,as with the cheques, to put your name on the reference so we know where the money should go.
