The singer reveals that they wrote their collaboration together on a trampoline.
Taylor Swift has said Ed Sheeran is "one of my favourite people in the world" after the pair collaborated for her new album.
The duet features on Taylor's forthcoming record 'Red', which is due to be released on 22nd October.
Ed first confirmed that he had been working with Taylor during an interview with Capital FM earlier this year, but stopped short of speaking in detail about the duet because he wanted her to be the person to talk about it.
During a webchat with fans to announce her album, Taylor said: "Ed Sheeran is one of my favourite people in the world.
"He's so cool and he's such a great artist. We wrote a song while sitting on a trampoline that we loved so much that we ended up recording it as a duet."
Ed Sheeran revealed earlier this year that he was working with the 'You Belong With Me':
'Red' is Taylor's follow-up to her 2010 album 'Speak Now' and is preceded by the single 'We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together'.
Meanwhile, Ed Sheeran has revealed that he is currently demoing tracks for his new album, which will be the follow-up to 2011's '+'.
