One Direction's Niall Horan Still Single As Rumoured Girlfriend Denies Claims

The aspiring model linked to 1D star Niall has refuted the claims and deleted her Twitter account.

One Direction's Niall Horan is still single after the girl he was widely rumoured to be dating has denied the claims.

Zoe Whelan was widely reported to have been dating the 'Little Things' singer for the past few months, but took to Twitter to respond to the claims this week.

The young model revealed she has received a string of abuse from One Direction fans since the stories first emerged, and denied the reports before deleting her Twitter profile in response.

"No, me and Niall are not dating," Zoe simply tweeted. "Now I've settled the rumours you can all go back to your own lives.

"Please stop tweeting me rude things," the aspiring model posted, before then deleting her account on Twitter.

The two were believed to have met backstage at one of the 'Live While We're Young' singer's concerts, with reports suggesting he had even taken her to his brother's wedding in Ireland last month.

The claims suggested they had been dating in secret and that Niall's family had "taken a shine" to Zoe after meeting her at a family event.
