Bruno Mars Calls X Factor USA Performance A Career Highlight

The 'It Will Rain' singer says he has been looking forward to performing on the musical reality series for a long time.

Bruno Mars has hyped his performance on The X Factor USA today as one of the highlights of his career so far.

The 'Lighters' singer is due to perform his new single 'It Will Rain' on tonight's results show alongside fellow guest artist Kelly Clarkson.

"I've been waiting my whole life to do a performance like this," Bruno tweeted yesterday. "Get ready for tomorrow Hooligans."

Bruno's new single 'It Will Rain' serves as the lead track for the soundtrack of Twilight: Breaking Dawn: Part One, which was released in cinemas on 18th November.

The song also appears on the special edition of Bruno's debut album 'Doo-Wops & Hooligans'.

Bruno recently tweeted a message of support to Adele, who is currently recovering from throat surgery, telling the 'Someone Like You' singer to "get well soon".

Bruno Mars will perform on The X Factor USA tonight (23rd November) on Fox.
