The 'Crazy In Love' singer is expected to lift the lid on some of the most personal aspects of her life during next month's special.
Beyonce is expected to break her silence on the reports that she suffered a miscarriage before giving birth to her daughter Blue Ivy in early 2012.
The special, called 'Life Is But A Dream' is alleged to feature the singer talking openly about some of the most personal aspects of her life as she also takes the time to address the fake surrogacy stories which circulated during her pregnancy, according to USA Today.
"There's a stupid rumor. The most ridiculous rumor I think I've ever had about me," she said. "It's crazy. To think I would be that vain – I respect mothers and women so much and to be able to experience bringing a child into this world, if you're lucky and fortunate enough to experience that, I would never, ever take that for granted.
"It's the most powerful thing you can do," she added.
Talking of her miscarriage, she continued: "Especially after losing a child, the pain and trauma from that just makes it mean so much more to get an opportunity to bring life into the world. It seems like people should have boundaries."
The singer's husband Jay-Z first hinted at the reports during a verse in the song 'Glory', which was released shortly after the birth of the couple's first child Blue Ivy last year.
The HBO documentary will air at the end of next month, following the star's performance at the halftime show of the NFL Super Bowl.
Beyonce is expected to be joined by her Destiny's Child bandmates for a medley of the group's biggest hits at the event.
