THE WANTED – WORD OF MOUTH TOUR
On-Air Competition on Capital FM, October 2013

1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) which can be found at www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions apply to the The Wanted on air radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Saturday 12th – Sunday 13^th October 2013 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is The Capital FM Network.

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must:

• Listen to Capital FM and answer the question asked by the presenter on-air.

• Send a text message with the keyword "WANTED" followed by your answer to 83958 (the "Text Message Line").  The text system will not recognise any other format of the keyword. 

• Text messages will be charged at £1.00 plus one standard network rate message.

• The text message line will open and close as directed by the presenter(s) on-air.

• If listeners text after the closing time they will not be entered but may still be charged. Global Radio is not responsible for any latency experienced by a listener’s mobile phone network which may delay the delivery of a text message to us.

4. One Entrant with the correct answer will be selected at random from all entries after the closing time and brought to air, they will be asked for their answer and awarded their prize.

5. The Entrant will be notified that they have won on air. 

6. The winner will be required to answer their phone, talk to the presenter/s and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If the caller doesn’t answer their phone, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated and another entrant selected at random. 

Eligibility

7. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over and have the bill-payers permission before texting.

8. Listeners can enter each round of the competition a maximum of three times each round. We strongly advise against excessive use.

10. The winner will be asked off air which date they would like a pair of tickets to. Either. 

London – Thursday March 27^th
Manchester – Tuesday 18^th March
Birmingham – Thursday 20^th March
Yorkshire – Friday 21^st March
South Wales – Friday 28^th March
North East – Saturday 22^nd March
East Midlands – Tuesday 1^st April

Terms and Conditions: 
11. Global Radio reserves the right to substitute the prize, or any element of the prize at any time.

12. The Prize is not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for an alternative prize, including cash.

13. In the event of a concert being cancelled or postponed, the supply of alternative prizes will be at the discretion of the concert Promoter.
